BBQ Beef Brisket Sliders with Mustard-Stout Sauce

|Stout beer 24 fl oz [675 g] 3 cups [750 mL]|
|dry mustard 2.4 oz. [675 g] 3/4 cup [175 mL]|
|beef briskets, cooked, sliced 6.75 lb. [3 kg]|
|slider buns, split 72 each|
Mustard-Stout Sauce: Cook ingredients in saucepan on medium heat 15 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
For each serving: Place 1-1/2-oz. (45 g) meat on bottom half of each of 3 buns; top each with 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Mustard-Stout Sauce. Cover with tops of buns.
