beef brisket, cooked, shredded 1/2 lb. [225 g]
Forty Creek Whiskey BBQ Sauce 1/2 cup [125 mL]
panko bread crumbs 1/3 cup [75 mL]
Heinz Tomato Ketchup 1/2 cup [125 mL]

Directions

Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt.

Meanwhile, melt 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter (or 2 Tbsp. [30 mL] butter for Trial Recipe) in large saucepan (or in medium saucepan for Trial Recipe) on medium heat. Whisk in flour; cook 1 min., stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in milk. Stir in dry mustard, wing sauce, salt and pepper. Bring just to boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 1 min. Remove from heat. Add shredded cheeses and Parmesan; stir until shredded cheeses are melted.

Drain macaroni. Add to cheese sauce along with the cream cheese; stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spoon into two 4-L greased casserole dishes (or into one 2-L greased casserole dish for Trial Recipe).

Toss meat with barbecue sauce; spoon over macaroni mixture. Melt remaining butter; toss with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over meat mixture.

Bake in 375ºF oven 30 min. or until heated through. Serve with ketchup.
