Directions

For each serving: Spread 1 naan with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) barbecue sauce; top with 3/4 cup (175 mL) tomatoes. Bake in 325ºF (160ºC) convection oven 10 min. or just until tomatoes are slightly softened and naan is golden brown. Top with 2 oz. (60 g) crumbled turkey burger.

Combine 2 cups (500 mL) salad greens, 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) each mangos and avocados; 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) each dressing, zucchini, yellow squash and peppers; and 1/2 Tbsp. (7 mL) each nuts and cheese. Spoon onto naan.
