Directions

For each serving: Combine 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) greens, 1/2 cup (125 mL) each blueberries and broccoli, and 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) each onions and dressing; mix lightly.

Top with 1-1/2 Tbsp. (22 mL) each cranberries and nuts.

How to Quick-Blanch Broccoli
Add broccoli to saucepan of boiling water; let stand 30 seconds. Drain, then immediately add broccoli to bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
Variations
Substitute almonds or pecans for the walnuts; or raspberries or sliced strawberries for the blueberries.
