unsalted butter, melted 15 g 1 Tbsp. [15 mL]
grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts, pulled 3 oz. [85 g]
frozen diced hashbrowns, fried 4 oz. [115 g] 1 cup [250 mL]
crumbled blue cheese 15 g 2 Tbsp. [30 mL]
celery sticks 2 oz. [60 g] 1/2 cup [125 mL]

Directions

Whisk hot sauce and butter in large bowl. Add chicken; toss to coat.

For each serving: Spoon 1 cup (250 mL) hash browns onto serving plate. Top with 3 oz. (85 g) chicken mixture and 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) cheese. Serve with 2 oz. (60 g) celery sticks and 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) dressing.
