romaine lettuce, cut into 1-inch pieces 3 lb. [1.4 kg] 2 gal. [8 L]
Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing 16 fl oz [450 g] 2 cups [500 mL]
croutons 8 oz. [225 g] 1 qt. [1 L]
Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese 2 oz. [60 g] 1/2 cup [125 mL]
romaine lettuce, cut into 1-inch pieces 3 oz. [85 g] 2 cups [500 mL]
Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing 1 fl oz [30 g] 2 Tbsp. [30 mL]
croutons 0.5 oz. [15 g] 1/4 cup [50 mL]

Directions

For each bowl: Heat nonstick sauté pan on medium heat. Add 1/2 cup (125 mL) cheese to skillet; spread to form 6-inch circle. Cook until cheese begins to melt and is lightly browned on bottom; turn. Cook until second side is lightly browned. Remove from skillet; immediately drape over inverted 6-inch bowl. Cool completely.

For each serving: Toss 2 cups (500 mL) lettuce with 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) dressing; add to Parmesan bowl. Top with 1/4 cup (50 mL) croutons.
