Directions

For each serving: Combine 1 cup (250 mL) Brussels sprouts, 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) croutons, 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) dressing, 1/2 Tbsp. (7 mL) pine nuts and 3/4 tsp. (3 mL) bacon. Garnish with 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) lemon zest.

Substitute
Substitute crisply cooked prosciutto or pancetta for the bacon.
