Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce 2.25 oz. [65 g] 1/4 cup [50 mL]
all-purpose flour 9 oz. [255 g] 2 cups [500 mL]
prepared mashed potatoes 7.5 oz. [210 g] 1 cup [250 mL]
ground beef, cooked, drained 3 oz. [85 g]
eggs 1.7 oz. [50 g] 1 each
Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1.3 oz. [40 g] 1/3 cup [75 mL]
tomatoes, diced 1.6 oz. [45 g] 1/4 cup [50 mL]
scallions, sliced 2 Tbsp. [30 mL]
Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce 15 g 1 Tbsp. [15 mL]
all-purpose flour 2.25 oz. [65 g] 1/2 cup [125 mL]

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except flour, until well blended. Form into a log about 2 inches in diameter. Roll in plastic wrap; refrigerate until firm.

Cut log into 2-1/2-inch pieces; roll in flour. Fry in 375ºF (190ºC) deep fryer 4 min. or until crisp.
