plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt 5 oz. [140 g] 1/2 cup [125 mL]
white chocolate, melted 1 oz. [30 g]
orange zest - [2 g] 1/2 tsp. [2 mL]
Small navel oranges, sectioned 3-1/2 oz. [100 g] 1/2 cup [125 mL]
dried cranberries - [2 g] 12 each

Directions

Crumble 1 cookie into each of 24 (4-oz. [125-mL]) glass cups (or into each of 4 glass cups for trial recipe).

Mix next 4 ingredients until blended; spoon into pastry bag ftted with piping tip. Pipe 1-7/8 oz. (55 g) cream cheese mixture over cookie crumbs in each glass. Refrigerate 1 hour.

For each serving: Top 1 dessert with 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) oranges and 3 cranberries. Serve immediately.

Substitute
Substitute dried cherries or blueberries for the cranberries.
Special Extra
For a festive look, garnish desserts with pomegranate seeds and fresh mint leaves just before serving.
Variation
Instead of piping the cream cheese mixture into the cups, you can spoon it into the cups instead, topping the crushed cookie in each glass with a scant 1/4 cup (47 mL) of the cream cheese mixture.
Make Ahead
Desserts can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before topping with the fruit just before serving.
