Directions

For each salad: Place 6 oz. (170 g) lettuce mix in bottom of serving bowl. Top with rows of 3 oz. (85 g) each chicken breast and peppers, 1 quartered egg, 2 oz. (60 g) each avocados, tomatoes and ham, and 1 oz. (30 g) cheese. Serve with 1 oz. (30 g) dressing in ramekin on the side.
