Directions

Blanch chives in boiling water 10 sec.; drain, then immediately submerge in bowl of ice water. Drain and pat dry.

Place 1 piece each egg, bacon, avocado, cucumber, tomato and chicken on centre of each lettuce leaf; fold in both sides of leaf, then roll up. Tie closed with chive piece; trim ends of chive.

For each serving: Plate 2 salad rolls. Serve with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) dressing for dipping.

Variation
Substitute green onion strips for the chive strips and/or Pure Kraft Refrigerated Ranch Dressing for the Caesar dressing.
Make Ahead
Salad rolls can be assembled ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving.
