Directions

Cook edamame in boiling water in saucepan 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again. Place in food processor.

Add all remaining ingredients except peppers; process until smooth.

Serve with peppers.

Substitute wasabi powder for the Sriracha sauce and/or lime juice for the lemon juice.
