dill pickles, cut lengthwise in half 3 lb. [1.4 kg] 50 slices
deli ham, cut into 1-oz./30-g slices 3 lb. [1.4 kg] 50 slices
Casino Swiss Slices 2 lb. [1.1 kg] 50 slices

Dijon mustard - 2 tsp. [10 mL]
garlic, minced - 1/4 tsp. [1 mL]
pork loins, roasted, cut into 1-oz./30-g slices 2 oz. [60 g] 2 slices
dill pickles, cut lengthwise in half 2 oz. [60 g] 2 slices
deli ham, cut into 1-oz./30-g slices 2 oz. [60 g] 2 slices
Casino Swiss Slices 1-1/2 oz. [45 g] 2 slices

Directions

For each serving: Spread cut sides of 1 roll with 2 tsp. (10 mL) of the combined mustard and garlic. Fill with 2 slices each pork loin, pickles, ham and cheese.

Grill on medium heat until sandwich is golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted, covering sandwich with an inverted foil pan if necessary during grilling to allow for quicker heating.

Make Ahead
Sandwiches can be assembled ahead of time. Wrap tightly and refrigerate up to 4 hours before grilling as directed.
Substitute
Prepare using whole wheat or herb-flavoured sandwich rolls.
Serving Suggestion
Garnish with a few plantain chips, then serve with a mixed green salad.
