Directions

For each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Lemon-Mint Cream Cheese Spread onto bottom half of split Focaccia Bread. Cover with about 4 cucumber slices and top of bread. Pipe 1 tsp. (5 mL) Lemon-Mint Cream Cheese Spread onto top of each sandwich; lean 1 halved cucumber slice against Cream Cheese Spread. Garnish each with 1 grape half and 1 mint leaf.
