Kraft Extra Cheddar Old English Cheese Slices 1 lb. [508 g] 24 slices
butter, softened 6 oz. [170 g] 1/2 cup [125 mL]
eggs 3-1/2 oz. [100 g] 2 each
white bread slices 5-1/2 oz. [155 g] 4 slices
sliced ham 1-1/2 oz. [45 g] 2 slices
mixed green and red peppers, cut into thin strips, sauteed 2 oz. [60 g]
onions, sliced, sauteed 3/4 oz. [20 g] 2 Tbsp. [30 mL]
Kraft Extra Cheddar Old English Cheese Slices 1-1/2 oz. [45 g] 2 slices
butter, softened 1/2 oz. [15 g] 2 tsp. [10 mL]

Directions

For each serving: Cook 1 egg in small nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 1 min.; turn. Cook 30 sec. or until the white is completely set and yolk is soft set.

Fill 2 bread slices with 1 ham slice, 1 egg, 1 oz. (30 g) peppers, 1/3 oz. (10 g) onions and 1 cheese slice. Spread outside of sandwich evenly with 1 tsp. (5 mL) butter.

Cook in small skillet on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Cut in half to serve.
