skinless salmon fillets (4 oz.) 4 oz. [115 g] 1 each
fresh chives, finely chopped 1 tsp. [5 mL]
"Creamed" Cabbage Gratin 1 tsp. [5 mL]

Directions

Sauce: Microwave ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring as needed.

Crusted Salmon: Combine first 6 ingredients. Rub 2-1/2 tsp. (12 mL) of the seasoning mixture onto top of each salmon fillet.

Spray saute pan with cooking spray; heat on medium heat. Place fish fillets, seasoned-sides down, in pan; cook 2 min. or until seasoning mixture is lightly toasted. Turn fish; cook 3 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Reheat Sauce in microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until hot and bubbly, stirring as needed.

For each serving: Mound 1/2 cup (125 mL) "Creamed" Cabbage Gratin onto center of serving plate; top with 1 Crusted Salmon fillet. Drizzle 1/4 cup (50 mL) sauce around salmon. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. (5 mL) chives.
