lemon zest 1 g pinch
fresh lemon juice 3 g 1/2 tsp. [2 mL]

Cucumber-Mint Sauce
Greek-style yogurt 4 oz. [115 g] 1/2 cup [125 mL]
seedless cucumbers, small dice 1 oz. [30 g] 2 Tbsp. [30 mL]

Directions

Mediterranean Spread: Beat cream cheese with mixer 30 sec. or until creamy. Add remaining ingredients; beat just until blended.

Cucumber-Mint Sauce: Mix ingredients until well blended.

Lamb Patties: Mix first 5 ingredients; shape into 24 (6-oz. [170-g]) patties (or into 4 patties for trial recipe). Insert 1 oz. (30 g) piece of cheese into centre of each patty, pressing meat mixture around cheese to completely enclose it.

For each serving: Grill 1 patty 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Spread 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Mediterranean Spread onto bottom half of 1 roll. Spread 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Cucumber-Mint Sauce onto top half of roll. Fill roll with 2 cucumber halves, 2 tomato slices, burger and 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) of the remaining Cucumber-Mint Sauce.
