Directions

Candied Pecans: Combine nuts, sugar and dressing in bowl. Spread in single layer on sheet pan.

Bake in 350°F (180°C) standard oven 5 to 6 min. or until caramelized. Cool completely.

For each serving: Toss 2 oz. (60 g) salad greens, 1/4 cup (50 mL) cucumbers, and 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) each onions, cranberries, and dressing in medium bowl. Arrange on serving plate.

Top with 3 oz. (85 g) chicken and 1/3 oz. (10 g) Candied Pecans.

Substitute
Substitute dried blueberries for the cranberries, or prepare using double the quantity of fresh blueberries.
Make Ahead
Candied Pecans can be made ahead of time. Store in airtight container up to two weeks before using.
