romaine lettuce, torn 10 oz. [285 g] 1-1/2 qt. [1.5 L]
tomatoes, cut into wedges 10-1/2 oz. [300 g] 2 cups [500 mL]
fat-free Caesar-flavoured croutons 1-1/4 oz. [35 g] 1 cup [250 mL]
Kraft Shredded Parmesan 1/4 oz. [7 g] 1 Tbsp. [15 mL]

Directions

Combine shrimp, 6 Tbsp. (90 mL) dressing (or 1 Tbsp. [15 mL] dressing for trial recipe), lemon juice and pepper. Let stand 15 min. to marinate.

Grill shrimp on medium heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink.

Toss lettuce with tomatoes, croutons, Parmesan and remaining dressing.

For each serving: Place about 2 cups (500 mL) salad mixture on serving plate; top with about 1/2 cup (125 mL) shrimp. Serve immediately.

Special Extra
Garnish with lemon wedges.
Substitute
Prepare using boneless skinless chicken breasts. Grill 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (170ºF); cut into strips, then use as directed.
Use Your Broiler
Shrimp can be cooked under the broiler instead of on the grill. Broil 2 to 3 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
