Directions

Chicken Salad: Combine ingredients in bowl; toss lightly.

For each serving: Arrange 3 cabbage leaves on dinner plate. Top evenly with 2 oz. (60 g) tomatoes, 1 oz. (30 g) cucumbers, 0.75 oz. (20 g) jicama and 1 cup (250 mL) Chicken Salad.

Variation
