Directions

Combine vegetables; season with pepper. Cover to keep warm.

For each serving: Grill 1 baguette, cut-sides down, until golden brown. Spread cut sides of baguette with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) of the dressing. Toss 1/2 cup (125 mL) of the lettuce with 2 tsp. (10 mL) of the remaining dressing.

Spoon 6-1/2 oz. (185 g) of the vegetable mixture onto bottom half of baguette; top with lettuce mixture and 1 oz. (30 g) prosciutto. Cut 2 cheese slices diagonally in half; place over prosciutto. Cover with top of baguette.
