Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing 1 fl oz 2 Tbsp. [30 mL]
fresh mint, packed 1/3 oz. [10 g] 1/4 cup [50 mL]
garlic, minced 1/4 oz. [7 g] 2 tsp. [10 mL]
frozen peas, thawed 7-3/4 oz. [220 g] 1-1/2 cups [375 mL]

Directions

Rub both sides of bread slices with garlic cloves; place in single layers in sheet pans. Bake in 400ºF standard oven 7 to 10 min. or until crisp and golden brown, turning after 4 min.

Pulse cream cheese product, Parmesan, dressing, mint and minced garlic in food processor until smooth. Add peas; pulse just until crushed. (Mixture will not be smooth.)

For each serving: Spread each of 3 crostini slices with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) pea mixture just before serving.

Make Ahead
Both the pea mixture and crostini can be prepared up to 24 hours before serving. Store the pea mixture in an airtight container in refrigerator, and store crostini in resealable plastic bags at room temperature.
Note
When fresh peas are in season, you can use them to prepare this recipe instead of the frozen peas. Steam the peas for 2 min., then refresh them with cold water, drain and pat dry before using as directed.
