Directions
For each serving: Warm 1 tortilla. Spread 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Whipped Avocado Purée onto center of tortilla; top with 1/4 cup (50 mL) each Mexican Rice and beans, and 1 fried egg. Fold up bottom of tortilla, then fold in opposite sides and roll up burrito style. Serve with 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Charred Tomato Salsa.
