mango chutney, chopped 6 oz. [175 g] 2/3 cup [150 mL]
Sandwich
hearty-grain bread slices - 50 slices
deli roast turkey, sliced 4 lb. [2 kg]
Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced 3 lb. [1.6 kg] 50 slices
red peppers, cut into thin slices 3 lb. [1.5 kg] 50 slices
leaf lettuce leaves 1 lb. [500 g] 25 each
Curried Mayonnaise
Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise 1/3 oz. [10 g] 1 Tbsp. [15 mL]
curry powder - 1/4 tsp. [1 mL]
mango chutney, chopped 1/4 oz. [7 g] 1 tsp. [5 mL]
Sandwich
hearty-grain bread slices - 2 slices
deli roast turkey, sliced 3 oz. [90 g]
Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced 2 oz. [60 g] 2 slices
red peppers, cut into thin slices - 2 slices
leaf lettuce leaves - 1 each

Directions

Curried Mayonnaise: Mix all ingredients until blended; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.

For each serving: Spread each of 2 bread slices with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) of the Curried Mayonnaise. Cover 1 bread slice with 90 g turkey, 2 apple slices, 2 red pepper slices and 1 lettuce leaf. Top with remaining bread slice.

Curried Mayonnaise can be stored in refrigerator up to 4 hours before using as directed. Return to refrigerator after each use and do not allow to stand at room temperature.
Variation
Substitute Miracle Whip Spread for the Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise.
