Directions

Combine spread and dressing until smooth. Refrigerate until use. Can be prepared up to 3 days in advance.

For each serving: Combine 3 cups (750 mL) salad greens and 1/4 cup (60 mL) each oranges, figs and prosciutto. Add 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) dressing mixture; mix lightly.

Transfer to serving plate or bowl; top with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) each cheese and nuts. Serve immediately.
