Prepared Jell-O Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling 1 lb. [450 g] 2 cups [500 mL]
whipped cream 8 fl oz [225 g] 1 qt. [1 L]
sugar 5 oz. [140 g] 2/3 cup [150 mL]
graham crumbs 6-1/4 oz. [177 g] 1-1/2 cups [375 mL]
sugar 2 oz. [60 g] 5 Tbsp. [75 mL]
butter, melted 2 oz. [60 g] 1/4 cup [50 mL]
Kraft Peanut Butter 1-1/2 oz. [35 g] 3 Tbsp. [45 mL]
Large bananas, each cut into 22 slices, divided 1 lb. [450 g] 3 each
Prepared Jell-O Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling 8 oz. [225 g] 1 cup [250 mL]
whipped cream 4 fl oz [115 g] 2 cups [500 mL]
sugar 2-1/2 oz. [70 g] 1/3 cup [75 mL]

Directions

Mix graham crumbs, sugar, butter and peanut butter. Press 1 oz.(30 g) crumb mixture onto bottom and up side of each of 16 (3-inch) tart pans (or onto bottom and up side of each of 8 tart pans for trial recipe). Set aside.

Place 4 or 5 banana slices on bottom of each crust; top with 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) pie filling. Carefully remove tarts from pans; place on plates. Spoon whipped cream into pastry bag fitted with star tip; pipe about 1/4 cup (50 mL) onto half of each tart.

Spread remaining banana slices into single layer on bottom of sheet pan; sprinkle with sugar. Use torch to heat sugar until it caramelizes; cool completely. Arrange on tops of tarts next to the whipped cream, adding about 3 slices to each tart.
