Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped 4 oz. [115 g] 4 squares

Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter 2 oz. [60 g] 1/4 cup [50 mL]
non-hydrogenated margarine, melted 3/4 oz. [20 g] 2 Tbsp. [30 mL]
vanilla 1 Tbsp. [15 mL]
eggs 2 fl oz 1 each
quick-cooking oats 5-3/4 oz. [165 g] 1-3/4 cups [425 mL]
Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped 2 oz. [60 g] 2 squares

Directions

Mix flours, baking powder and baking soda; set aside. Beat honey, oil, peanut butter, margarine, vanilla and eggs in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add flour mixture; beat until well blended.

Stir in oats and chocolate. Drop 1-Tbsp. (15-mL) portions of dough, 2 inches apart, onto parchment paper-lined sheet pans.

Bake in 350ºF standard oven 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown. Cool on sheet pans 3 min.; remove to wire racks. Cool completely.

Substitute
Substitute 2/3 cup (150 mL) raisins (or 1/3 cup [75 mL] raisins for trial recipe) for the chopped chocolate.
