sliced almonds, toasted 2.1 oz. [60 g] 2/3 cup [150 mL]
hazelnut-flavoured liqueur 1 oz. [30 g] 2 Tbsp. [30 mL]
fresh raspberries 2.2 oz. [65 g] 1/2 cup [125 mL]
Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese 2.5 oz. [70 g]
Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate 1 oz. [30 g]
powdered sugar 15 g 2 Tbsp. [30 mL]
prepared crêpes (10 inch) 3.5 oz. [100 g] 2 each
powdered sugar 1 g 1/2 tsp. [2 mL]
sliced almonds, toasted 4 g 2 tsp. [10 mL]

Directions

Pour liqueur over berries; let stand 30 min. Mix cream cheese, chocolate and sugar until well blended. Spoon into pastry bag.

Warm crepes; fill each with 2 oz. (60 g) cream cheese mixture and 1/4 cup (50 mL) berries. Fold into a triangle.

Serve 2 crepes stacked together on a plate, sprinkled with 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) powdered sugar and 2 tsp. (10 mL) nuts.
