Directions

Combine first 2 ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use, or up to 2 days ahead of time.

For each serving: Place 1 naan on parchment paper-lined baking sheet; top with 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) of the cream cheese mixture, spreading evenly. Top with 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) mozzarella, 1/4 cup (50 mL) red peppers and 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) feta.

Bake in 425ºF (220ºC) standard oven 8 to 10 min. or until warmed through and cheese is melted.

Top with 1/2 cup (125 mL) arugula and 1 tsp. (5 mL) dressing.

Substitute other flatbreads or pita for the naan breads.
Special Extra
For a unique flavour twist, top with thinly sliced green olives and chopped dried figs just before serving.
