Seared Tuna

Salad
cooked bulgur 1.5 oz. [45 g] 1/3 cup [75 mL]
fresh green beans, blanched 4 oz. [115 g] 1 cup [250 mL]
jicama, julienned 1 oz. [30 g] 1/4 cup [50 mL]
red onions, small diced 1 oz. [30 g] 2 Tbsp. [30 mL]
parsley, roughly chopped 15 g 1/4 cup [50 mL]

Directions

Ginger-Ranch Dressing: Combine ingredients.

Seared Tuna: Season tuna with salt and pepper. Heat oil in pan on high heat. Sear tuna on each side to desired doneness. Set aside.

For each serving: Place bulgur in center of serving plate. Top with remaining ingredients and 1 Seared Tuna steak. Serve with 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Ginger-Ranch Dressing on the side.
