Sesame Grilled Tuna on Asian Slaw

napa cabbage, shredded 1 lb. [900 g] 15 cups [3.75 L]
mixed red, yellow and green peppers, cut into strips 1 lb. [600 g] 7-1/2 cups [2 L]
red onions, slivered 5 oz. [150 g] 1-1/4 cups [300 mL]
cilantro, chopped 2 oz. [90 g] 1/3 cup [75 mL]
tuna fillets (3 oz./90 g each) 6 oz. [180 g] 2 each
Kraft Oriental Sesame Dressing, divided 2 oz. [60 g] 1/4 cup [50 mL]
napa cabbage, shredded 6 oz. [180 g] 3 cups [750 mL]
mixed red, yellow and green peppers, cut into strips 4 oz. [120 g] 1-1/2 cups
red onions, slivered 1 oz. [30 g] 1/4 cup [50 mL]
cilantro, chopped - [8 g] 1 Tbsp. [15 mL]

Directions

Brush fish with 1/2 cup (125 mL) of the dressing (or with 2 Tbsp. [30 mL] of the dressing for trial recipe). Grill on medium heat 4 min. on each side until fish flakes easily with fork, or until desired doneness. Cool.

Meanwhile, toss cabbage with peppers, onions and cilantro; cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

For each serving: Toss 2-1/2 cups (625 mL) of the cabbage mixture with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) of the remaining dressing. Place on serving plate. Top with 1 sliced fish fillet.
