cooked beef, chopped 2 1/2 oz. [75 g] 1/2 cup [125 mL]
Cooked rice 2 1/2 oz. [75 g] 1/2 cup [125 mL]
Kraft Sauce Works Dijon Bistro Sauce 2 oz. [60 g] 1/4 cup [50 mL]
sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained, chopped 1 1/2 oz. [45 g] 2 Tbsp. [30 mL]
green onion, chopped 2 Tbsp. [30 mL]

Shredded romaine lettuce 2 oz. [60 g] 2 cups [500 mL]
flour tortilla (10 inch) 2

Directions

MIX beef, rice, Bistro Sauce, sun-dried tomatoes and green onion; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavours to blend.

Place 1 slice cheese and 1 cup lettuce on bottom half of each tortilla; top with 1/2 cup beef mixture.

FOLD sides of tortilla toward centre, roll tightly from bottom, cut diagonally in half to serve.

Wraps can be prepared up to 4 hours in advance. Store, tightly wrapped, in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Substitute
Substitute thinly sliced grilled flank steak or skirt steak for chopped cooked beef.
