Directions

Combine coleslaw blend, celery and 3/4 cup (175 mL) dressing (or 2 Tbsp. [30 mL] dressing for trial recipe). Refrigerate until ready to use, or up to 1 day ahead of time.

For each serving: Grill 1 chicken patty on medium-high heat 6 to 8 min. or until nicely browned. Turn patty over; brush with 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Buffalo wing sauce. Cook 6 to 8 min. or until done (165ºF/74ºC). Grill bun 1 min. or just until toasted, turning frequently,

Spread 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) dressing onto top half of bun. Fill bun with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, 1 burger and 1/4 cup (50 mL) slaw mixture.
