Kraft Shredded Parmesan 8 oz. [250 g] 1 cup [250 mL]
Kraft Roasted Red Pepper with Parmesan Dressing 1 cup [250 mL]

sun-dried tomatoes , re-hydrated, sliced 1 oz. [30 g] 1/4 cup [50 mL]
onions, sliced, caramelized 1 oz. [30g] 1/4 cup [50 mL]
black olives 1/2 oz. [15 g] 1 Tbsp. [15 mL]
Kraft Shredded Parmesan 1/2 oz. [15 g] 1 Tbsp. [15 mL]
Kraft Roasted Red Pepper with Parmesan Dressing 1 Tbsp. [15 mL]

Directions

Grill chicken breasts for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through (170°F).

For each serving: Place 2 cups of lettuce on serving plate; sprinkle with 1/4 cup each tomatoes and onions, and 1 Tbsp each olives and cheese.

Drizzle each salad with 1 Tbsp dressing and top with 1 chicken breast, sliced and slightly fanned out.
