PURE Kraft Refrigerated Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette 2 oz. [60 g] 1/4 cup [50 mL]

Directions

For each serving: Combine 3/4 cup (175 mL) melon, 1/4 cup (50 mL) cucumbers and 1/2 Tbsp. (7 mL) mint.

Add 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) feta and 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) vinaigrette; toss lightly.

Make Ahead
Watermelon, cucumber and mint can be combined and refrigerated up to several hours ahead of time. Just before serving; toss lightly with feta and vinaigrette.
Substitute
Replace the watermelon with cantaloupe, honeydew melon, strawberries, blueberries, or a combination of these fruits.
