rotisserie chicken, pulled 3 lb. [1.4 kg] 2 qt. [2 L]
whole kosher dill pickles, each cut lengthwise into 8 slices 12 oz. [340 g] 6 each
unsalted butter, melted 12 oz. [340 g] 1-1/2 cups [375 mL]

smoked ham, thinly sliced 1 oz. [30 g]
rotisserie chicken, pulled 2 oz. [60 g] 1/3 cup [75 mL]
whole kosher dill pickles, each cut lengthwise into 8 slices 2 slices
unsalted butter, melted 1 Tbsp. [15 mL]

Directions

For each serving: Spread 2 bread slices evenly with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) mustard. Fill with 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) cheese, 1 oz. (30 g) ham, 1/3 cup (75 mL) chicken, 2 pickle slices and additional 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) cheese. Brush outside of sandwich evenly with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) butter.

Grill on flat-top griddle heated to 350ºF for 2 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides. Cut in half.
