Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce) 1 fl oz [30 g] 2 Tbsp. [30 mL]
honey 15 g 1 Tbsp. [15 mL]

Directions

Pour coffee over ribs in full-hotel pan (or in half-hotel pan for trial recipe). Cover with foil. Bake in 350ºF standard oven 2 hours.

Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to simmer on medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.

Remove ribs from oven; drain and discard liquid.

Reserve 3 cups (750 mL) of the barbecue sauce mixture (or reserve 3/4 cup [175 mL] of the sauce for trial recipe). Brush ribs generously with remaining sauce. Continue baking, uncovered, 45 min. or until sauce is caramelized.

For each serving: Plate 4 rib pieces. Serve with a 1-oz. (30-g) container of the reserved sauce.

Substitute cranberry juice concentrate for the orange juice concentrate.
Make Ahead
Barbecue sauce mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 2 days before bringing to room temperature and using as directed.
