Chicken Poppyseed Salad

Ingredients

3 qt. Deli- chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 qt. Canned sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 qt. Celery, coarsely chopped
3 cups Red onions, coarsely chopped
2 cups Celery seed
1/2 cups Garlic powder
1/4 cups Ground ginger

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Mix
    Chicken, water chestnuts, celery and onion in large bowl.
  • Place
    Dressing, celery seed, garlic powder and ginger in food processor container; cover. Process until well blended. Add to chicken mixture; toss to coat. Cover.
  • Refrigerate
    Several hours or until chilled.
