Ingredients

2 slices Sourdough bread, sliced
1/3 cups Roast beef, thinly sliced
1/4 cups Onions, sliced, grilled
1 slice Kraft Jalapeno Monterey Jack Slices
1 cups Oil

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • For each serving:
  • Spread
    Each of 2 bread slices with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) barbecue sauce. Top 1 bread slice with 2 oz. (60 g) meat, 1/4 cup (60 mL) onions and 1 cheese slice; cover with second bread slice. Brush outside of sandwich with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) oil.
  • Grill
    On medium-high heat until sandwich is golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
