Buffalo Blue Cheese Burgers

Ingredients

60 each Pre-formed beef patties (4 oz. each)
4 cups Kraft BBQ Sauce
60 rolls Hamburger rolls (4 oz. each), split
1 each Leaf lettuce leaves
1 each Medium tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
1 qt. Kraft Roka Blue Cheese Dressing

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Grill
    Or broil burgers until cooked through (160°F).
  • For each serving:
  • Brush
    Top of each patty with 1 Tbsp barbecue sauce.
  • Place
    Patty on bottom half of roll; cover with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tomato slice and top half of roll. Spoon 1 Tbsp of the dressing into 1 oz portion cup; serve on the side with sandwich.
