Bistro Tuna Salad 'N Cheddar Bagel

Ingredients

60 each Bagels, split
3/4 qt. Renée's Creole Dijon Sauce
1-1/2 qt. Tuna salad
1 each Medium tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
6 each Leaf lettuce leaves

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • For each serving:
  • Spread
    Cut sides of bagel with 2 Tbsp. of the sauce.
  • Place
    1 cheese slice, 1/4 cup tuna salad, 1 tomato slice and 1 lettuce leaf on bottom half of bagel. Cover with top half of bagel. Serve immediately.
