Frozen Brownie Creamcake

Ingredients

Brownie Layer
6 qt. Sugar
2.2 lb. Butter
1 cups Salt
15 lb. Eggs
1 cups Vanilla
2 cups Walnuts, toasted, chopped
4 qt. Flour
4 cups Baking powder
Cream Cake Layer
24 qt. Vanilla ice cream, softened

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Brownie
    Layer
  • MIX
    Sugar, butter and salt on MEDIUM speed of mixer for 5 minutes until creamy. Add eggs. Mix another 5 minutes.
  • ADD
    Vanilla, walnuts, chocolate, flour and baking powder. Mix on LOW speed until well blended.
  • POUR
    2 1/2 cups (625 mL) batter into each 9-inch greased and floured springform pan. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. Cool.
  • POUR
    75 mL (1/3 cups) chocolate sauce over each brownie layer.
  • Cream
    Cake Layer
  • Beat
    Cream cheese and corn syrup until smooth. in ice cream at LOW speed. Pour 1 L (4 cups) mixture over each brownie base. Freeze overnight
  • GARNISH
    With chocolate sauce. Let stand.
