Quick Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients

3 cups Sour cream
2 cups Fresh chives, chopped
1 cups Fresh dill weed, chopped
5 lb. Smoked salmon, finely chopped

Preparation Steps
  • In
    A mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, blend the cream cheese on low speed until smooth and free of lumps. Add sour cream and salad dressing gradually, stopping occassionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl. When smooth, add chives and dill and blend well.
  • Reserve
    16 small slices of smoked salmon for garnish (or 4 slices for trial recipe) and fold remainder into mixture. Fill ramekins with 1/2 cup of dip and garnish with reserved salmon.
