Ingredients

4 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz./120 g each)
6 slices Zucchini, sliced lengthwise
6 slices Onion slices, 1/4-inch (0.5 cm) thick
3 lb. Red or green pepper, cut into quarters

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Grill
    Chicken and vegetables over medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through (170°F) and vegetables are tender. Cut vegetables into strips.
  • Toss
    Chicken and vegetables in dressing to coat.
  • Spread
    Cut sides of roll with Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise. Top each roll with 1 chicken breast and the grilled vegetable mixture, divided equally.
