Creamy Chipotle-Avocado Dip

Ingredients

2 each Ripe avocados
1/2 cups Tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cups Onions, finely chopped
1 cups Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, pureed
1/2 cup Cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Cut
    Avocados in half; remove and discard pits. Scoop out flesh into small bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Add dressing; beat until well blended.
  • Stir
    In remaining ingredients. Serve immediately. Or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve with assorted Christie Crackers, tortilla chips and/or vegetable dippers.
