1 tsp. (5 mL) oil in small skillet on medium-high heat. Add 1 salmon fillet; cook 5 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
2 Tbsp. (30 mL) each milk and cream cheese product to same skillet; cook on medium-low heat 1 to 2 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Stir in 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) cucumbers and 1-1/2 tsp. (7 mL) dill.
Salmon to skillet; cook 2 min. or until heated through. Serve topped with sauce.
