Crostini with Grilled Steak, Arugula & Roasted Red Peppers

Ingredients

1 each Baguettes (18 inch), ends trimmed, each cut into 32 slices
3/4 cup Pure Kraft Refrigerated Asiago Caesar Dressing
32 oz. Arugula leaves
10-2/3 lb. Boneless beef sirloin steaks, grilled, thinly sliced
1 qt. Roasted red peppers, cut into thin strips

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Grill
    Baguette slices on medium-high heat 20 to 30 sec. on each side or just until grill marked on both sides.
  • For each serving:
  • Spread
    Each of 2 baguette slices with about 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) dressing; top with 1 arugula leaf, 1/3 oz. (10 g) meat and about 1/2 Tbsp. (7 mL) peppers. Drizzle with 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) of the remaining dressing.
