Greek Feta Salad

Ingredients

2 qt. Iceberg lettuce, torn
2 qt. Tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1-3/4 qt. English cucumbers, chopped
3/4 cup Green peppers, chopped
1/2 cups Red onions, thinly sliced
1/3 cups Pure Kraft Refrigerated Greek Feta Dressing
1/2 cups Pitted Kalamata olives
1/2 cups Crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • For each serving:
  • Combine
    65 g each lettuce and tomatoes, 47 g cucumbers, and 14 g each peppers, onions and dressing; place on plate. Top with 50 g olives and 75 g cheese.
