Barbecue-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

1/4 qt. Kraft BBQ Sauce
1-1/2 cups Guava juice
1-1/2 cups Lime juice
1/8 cups Curry powder
2 each Skinless salmonfillets (1/2 lb./225 g each)

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Cook
    Barbecue sauces, juices and curry powder in saucepan on medium heat until heated through. (Do not exceed 160ºF.) Cool. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Place
    Fish in greased or parchment-lined full-sheet pans (or in greased half-sheet pan for trial recipe). Brush each fillet with 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the sauce.
  • Bake
    In 350ºF standard oven 18 to 20 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
