1 each Roasting chickens (3 lb./1.4 kg each), split
2 cups Barbecue rub seasoning
Barbecue sauces, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in saucepan on medium heat until heated through. (Do not exceed 160ºF.) Cool. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Chicken halves, bone-sides down, in parchment-lined full-sheet pans (or in lined half-sheet pan for trial recipe). Rub 1 tsp. (5 mL) seasoning onto each chicken half; brush each half with 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) of the sauce.
In 325ºF standard oven 15 min. Brush with remaining sauce; bake 15 min. or until done (170ºF).
